Chatbots that qualify leads from your ads, book appointments, take orders, check status in your system and log complaints, in Tamil or English, then hand over to your team. Built and run by AvanceZone, a Meta verified Tech Provider in Coimbatore, on the platform we operate ourselves.
A WhatsApp chatbot is an automated flow on the official WhatsApp Business API that answers customers with buttons, lists and text, collects details, looks up information and passes the chat to a person when needed. AvanceZone builds them on its own platform. You pay a one-time build price and a monthly platform fee, both quoted after scoping, plus Meta's per-message charges: bot replies in a chat the customer started are free for the first 1,000 a month per number and about ₹0.115 each after that, plus 18% GST.
Every flow below uses features that run on our platform today. Most businesses start with one or two and add more once the first is working.
People who tap a click-to-WhatsApp ad get three or four questions with buttons, are tagged by campaign and land with the right salesperson.
Clinics, salons, service centres and institutes let customers pick a slot, then send a reminder template before the visit.
Product carousels, an in-chat cart and a payment link for retailers and distributors, with orders reconciled automatically.
"Where is my order?", "Is my vehicle ready?", "What is my balance?" answered from your data, without a person.
Product, model, a photo of the fault and the address collected in one chat, a ticket raised and a technician assigned.
Fees, timings, policies and product specs answered from a knowledge base built from your own material, not from the open internet.
Approved utility templates for dues, with a reply flow for "already paid" and "talk to accounts".
A one-tap rating after a delivery or visit, with poor ratings sent straight to a manager.
Authentication templates with automatic SMS fallback from the same account when WhatsApp does not deliver.
Coimbatore makes a large share of India's pumps and motors, and dealers field the same questions every day. This is an illustration of how we would build their bot, not a real customer.
The customer messages the dealer's number. The bot replies with two buttons: தமிழ் and English. Everything after this is in the language chosen.
A list message with four options: buy a pump, book a service, check a service request, talk to someone. WhatsApp lists hold up to ten options and reply buttons up to three, so the menu is designed around those limits.
"Book a service" asks for the model from a list, a photo of the nameplate and the location pin. Free text is allowed where a list would not fit, such as "describe the noise".
The bot looks up the invoice by the customer's mobile number in the dealer's sales data, a read-only lookup, and tells them whether the visit is under warranty.
A ticket is raised and assigned to the technician who covers that area. The customer gets the ticket number and the technician's name in the chat.
"Talk to someone", or anything the bot cannot place, goes to the service desk in the shared inbox with everything collected so far.
A utility template asks for a one-tap rating. A poor rating opens a chat for the service manager.
An illustration, not a real customer's bill: a clinic whose bot handles 2,000 patient chats a month, about four bot replies each, and sends 2,000 appointment reminders. Rates are Meta's indicative India rates effective 1 October 2026.
| Line | Messages billed | Indicative rate | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bot replies (service) 8,000 replies, first 1,000 free | 7,000 | ₹0.115 | ₹805.00 |
| Appointment reminders (utility) Templates sent the day before | 2,000 | ₹0.115 | ₹230.00 |
| Meta charges before tax | 9,000 | – | ₹1,035.00 |
| GST at 18% | – | – | ₹186.30 |
| Meta charges with GST | – | – | ₹1,221.30 |
| AvanceZone platform fee | – | Monthly | Quoted |
| Bot build | – | One time | Fixed quote after scoping |
Design for fewer messages. Because every bot reply after the first 1,000 is billed, a flow that asks three things in one list message instead of three separate questions costs less. Cutting this clinic's bot from four replies per chat to three saves 2,000 messages, or ₹230 a month before GST.
Meta revises its rates; we confirm the live rate card before launch. Marketing templates cost about ₹0.8631 each. Chats that start from a click-to-WhatsApp ad open a free entry point window of up to 7 days. More examples in our WhatsApp API pricing guide.
The build price depends on the number of flows and on what the bot has to connect to. These are the three sizes most requests fall into.
| Build | What it does | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Menu and FAQ bot | Language choice, a menu, answers to your common questions, business-hours message, handoff to a person | Your top questions and answers, and who takes over the chat |
| Lead and booking bot | Qualifying questions, slot booking or callback requests, campaign tags, leads sent to your CRM, reminder templates | Your qualifying questions, calendar or slot rules, and CRM access |
| Transaction bot | Catalogue orders, payment links, status lookups in your data, tickets and technician assignment, feedback | Read access to the data or an API, product list, payment gateway details |
A call, or a visit to our Sulur office, to list what customers ask today and what the bot should do with each.
