1. Services
AvanceZone provides SMS gateway, web hosting, domain registration, web design, software development, and SEO services. Each service may have additional terms specific to that service.
2. SMS Gateway Terms
- Each SMS (up to 160 characters) is equivalent to 1 credit for both GSM and CDMA networks
- Messages exceeding 160 characters are split into segments of 153 characters each
- All promotional messages must be scrubbed against the NDNC Registry as per TRAI mandate
- Transactional messages may bypass DND only with explicit customer consent
- Sender IDs (6 alpha characters) require operator approval with company letterhead authorization
- All SMS templates must be approved by operators to prevent spam
- Subscriber validity is limited to 1 year as per TRAI regulations, renewable upon request
- No marketing or spam SMS is allowed on transactional routes — violations attract TRAI penalties including CLI disconnection
3. Web Hosting Terms
- Hosting plans are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis
- No lock-in agreements — cancel or change plans at any time
- 100% cashback is applicable on annual subscription plans as per current offer terms
- Prices will not be increased mid-subscription period
- Hosting accounts must not be used for illegal content, phishing, or spam operations
4. Payment Terms
- All account transactions must be made through the Company Current Account
- No transactions are to be made to personal accounts of AvanceZone associates
- Transactions are considered successful only when payment is cleared (cheque/DD/NEFT)
- All transactions must be in INR (Indian Rupees). Currency conversion and additional taxes apply for international payments
- Refundable deposits may apply for postpaid SMS accounts depending on volume
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code on this website are the property of AvanceZone Technology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
AvanceZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
