Getting the category right matters as much as getting registered. Transactional and OTP messages reach every number 24×7, including those on the DND registry. Promotional messages are limited to 9 AM–9 PM and cannot go to DND numbers at all. A Pongal or Diwali offer filed under the wrong category simply will not deliver, however many credits are in the account.
