The storefront
A clean, fast catalogue with proper categories, search and filters; a cart and checkout that don't make people think; and a payment gateway that accepts UPI, cards and net banking without redirect headaches. On the back end, stock is tracked in real time so nothing oversells.
Where most stores drop the ball
We tied the store to SMS. The moment an order is placed, confirmed, shipped or out for delivery, the customer gets a short message with the details. No "did my order go through?" anxiety, far fewer support calls. For a small store, that single feature is the difference between a one-time buyer and a repeat one.
Outcome
