Updates applied after a backup, daily backups kept for 30 days, a monitor that alerts us when your site goes down, and set hours for your edits each month. We look after WordPress, PHP, Laravel and static websites for businesses across India, from our office in Sulur, Coimbatore.
AvanceZone Technology provides website maintenance services across India from Sulur, Coimbatore, and has built and hosted websites since 1998. A plan covers updates to WordPress or your framework after a backup, daily backups kept for 30 days, uptime monitoring, a monthly malware scan, SSL and domain expiry checks, and a set number of hours for content changes. Plans cost ₹999, ₹2,499 or ₹4,999 a month plus GST, depending on whether you run a brochure site, a CMS site that brings in enquiries or an online store. We maintain sites on our own hosting or elsewhere, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
Most disagreements with a maintenance provider start with two ideas of what "maintenance" means. Here is our line.
Pay monthly, or yearly with two months free. Plans differ in how updates are tested, how many hours of changes you get and how fast we respond.

Prices exclude 18% GST. Support hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and response times count those hours only. Unused hours do not carry over. Hosting is billed separately if your site is on our servers (from ₹900 a year); plans also work for sites hosted elsewhere once we have access. Clean-up of an already-hacked site, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
The schedule every site on a plan follows. Changes you ask for are handled within your plan's response time.
| When | What we do | Plans |

| Every week | Try those updates on a staging copy before they reach the live site | Business, Store |
| After every update | Run through checkout, and check the payment gateway and order emails | Store |
| Every month | Malware scan of the site's files | All |
| Every month | Check SSL certificate and domain renewal dates, and warn you well before either lapses | All |

| Every month | Report: uptime, updates applied, backups taken and a speed check | Business, Store |
WordPress needs the most regular attention, because every plugin is separate software from a separate developer with its own update schedule.

Custom PHP sites. Older hand-written PHP often breaks on a newer PHP version. We test on a copy first and quote anything beyond your hours.
Laravel applications. Composer packages and Laravel releases are updated after a backup, and on Business and Store plans tested on staging before deployment.
Static HTML sites. Almost nothing to update: backups, SSL, domain renewals and the odd edit. See below on whether you need a plan at all.
Online stores. On Store Care, WooCommerce and custom carts get a checkout test after every update, because a store can look fine and still not take money.
Common signs: visitors redirected to spam sites, pages in a language you never wrote, a "This site may be hacked" note in Google, or your host suspending the account.
Take screenshots, note when you first noticed, and send us access. Deleting files can remove the trail that shows how they got in.
We check files, database and any host logs, then quote a one-time clean-up. Nothing starts until you agree.
Injected code and unknown admin users removed, core and plugin files replaced with clean copies, every password and key changed.
Everything updated, unused plugins removed, and the weakness fixed where we can identify it. If Google flagged the site, a review is requested through Search Console.
The site moves onto a maintenance plan, so updates, backups and malware scans keep running.
Restoring a backup is not a fix on its own. If you have a clean copy from before the attack, restoring it is often the fastest way back online. But the hole they came through is still there, so restore and patch, or expect to be hit again.
First we learn what we are looking after, then we change things.
Hosting panel or FTP, CMS admin, domain registrar, DNS, and Search Console if you use it. Stores add the payment gateway.
A full copy of files and database, taken before we touch anything.
Versions of CMS, plugins and PHP; SSL and domain dates; forms; backups; signs of malware. You get a short written list.
Routine updates are done within the plan. A very outdated or infected site is quoted before we start.
Uptime checks and expiry watch switched on, and the monthly routine begins.
Not always. A 5-page static site has no CMS, plugins or database to update or attack. It needs hosting, a renewed domain, valid SSL and an edit when your address changes. Our hosting already includes daily incremental and monthly offsite backups, so hosting plus occasional edits is usually enough.
A plan earns its cost when the site runs a CMS, brings in leads you lose quietly if a form breaks, takes payments, or has nobody in your team to check it.
| Pay per fix | Monthly plan | |
|---|---|---|
| Who notices a problem | Usually a customer, or you | Our uptime monitor and monthly checks |
| Updates | Many at once when something breaks, which is when conflicts happen | Applied in small steps, each after a backup |
| Backups | Whatever your host keeps | Daily, kept 30 days, on top of your host's |
| Cost | Nothing in quiet months, a larger bill when something goes wrong | The same amount every month |
| Response | Scheduled as a separate job | Next working day, same working day or within 4 working hours, by plan |
| Suits | Static sites that rarely change | CMS sites, lead-generating sites and stores |
When a contact form stops sending, the fault can be in the site, the mail server, the DNS or the SMS route. We have built and hosted websites since 1998 and run our own hosting, email and SMS gateway, so it is one call and nobody blames another supplier.
cPanel hosting from ₹900 a year with free SSL and migration. Moving is optional.
Mailboxes on your domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up.
If your site sends OTPs or order alerts, the SMS gateway behind them is ours too.
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM, on +91-95851-60363, WhatsApp or info@avancezone.com, in Tamil or English.
We will check what it runs on and tell you which plan fits, or whether you need a plan at all.
