A sourcing manager will open your website before replying to your first email. We build sites for Tiruppur knitwear exporters and job-work units that answer what that manager is checking: what you make, how much you can make, which certificates you hold and how quickly you ship samples.
Based in Sulur, on the Tiruppur district border. About our Sulur office.
AvanceZone Technology builds websites for Tiruppur (also spelt Tirupur) garment exporters, knitwear manufacturers and job-work units from #4 Kalangal Road, Sulur, Coimbatore, where we have worked since 1998. A 5-page profile site is ₹9,999 one-time plus hosting. An exporter site of up to 15 pages, with a CMS, product catalogue, certifications page and RFQ form, is ₹24,999. Buyer portals and sample-tracking systems are quoted after a meeting. We also host the site and set up domain email with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so your quotations reach the buyer's inbox.
Tiruppur's knitwear exports reached a record ₹46,000 crore in FY26, up from ₹44,747 crore in FY25, according to the Tiruppur Exporters' Association. The association's president, K.M. Subramanian, said in June 2026 that the city accounts for nearly 60% of India's knitwear exports and employs over one million workers, and set a target of ₹1 trillion by 2030.
For a buyer, that means choice. Someone sourcing T-shirts, babywear or nightwear from India can shortlist dozens of Tiruppur suppliers from trade-fair cards, agents' lists and cold emails. The next step is a quick look at each supplier's website to decide who gets a reply.
A site with stock photos, a Gmail address and a line about "quality and timely delivery" usually ends the conversation there. A site that shows real capacity, current certificates and a named merchandiser gets the reply.

Before a buyer's sourcing or compliance team adds a new supplier, they look for the same handful of things. Each one below becomes a page or a clear section on your site.
Not a strip of logos. The certificate or licence number, the scope (which products and which site), the certifying body and the expiry date.
Pieces per month by product type, and the machinery behind it: knitting by gauge and diameter, cutting, flatlock, overlock and single-needle lines, printing and embroidery. Say which work is in-house and which goes to job-work partners.
A catalogue arranged the way buyers search: garment type, fabric (single jersey, interlock, rib, fleece, organic cotton), GSM range, and the minimum order per style and colour.
How long a proto sample, a salesman sample and a bulk order usually take, and how sample charges work.
Photos of your own floor, finishing and packing areas, worker facilities and fire safety. Buyers can tell a stock image of a sewing line from yours.
A merchandiser's name, a direct email like export@yourcompany.com and a WhatsApp number. A Gmail contact makes buyers wonder how established you are.
Legal name, year established, GSTIN, IEC and full address with a map pin. Compliance teams cross-check these against your documents.
Countries and product categories you supply. Name buyers only where you have their written permission.
We write these pages with you, from your own documents. We do not publish certificates, capacity figures or buyer names you cannot back with paperwork, because a buyer's audit will check them.
Which certificates matter depends on the buyer's own policy. These are the ones Tiruppur exporters are most often asked about, and what a buyer looks for on the page.
Licence number, certification body, scope of products and processes, validity date, and a link to the GOTS public database so the buyer can check it.
Certificate number and product class, with a link to OEKO-TEX's online label check.
That you are a Sedex member, the audit type (2-pillar or 4-pillar) and the audit date. Reports are shared through Sedex, not posted publicly.
Audit rating and audit date. The buyer gets the report through the amfori platform, so the page only needs to say it exists.
Certification level and validity dates for the named facility.
Certificate number, issuing body and scope. Upload the PDF so the buyer can save it with their supplier file.
On the ₹24,999 package the enquiry form is an RFQ form, built around how a buyer actually sends work to Tiruppur.
Style, quantity per colour, target price, delivery window and destination, with a tech-pack upload (PDF, Excel or images).
An email from your own domain confirms receipt with a reference number, so the buyer knows it reached a real person.
The RFQ goes to the merchandiser's inbox and a WhatsApp alert goes to their phone as soon as it is submitted.
When the sample is cut, stitched or couriered, the buyer can get a WhatsApp update with the courier number, if they have opted in.
Every RFQ is saved in the admin panel, searchable by buyer and date, so nothing depends on one person's inbox.
WhatsApp updates run on the WhatsApp Business API. See our WhatsApp Business API page for Tamil Nadu for how templates and per-message charges work.
Many Tiruppur units still quote from a free email address, or from a company domain whose mail settings nobody has ever checked. Large retailers run strict mail filters. If your domain is missing the three records below, a quotation can sit in quarantine and nobody tells you.
When we host your website and email, we set up all three, send test mail to the major providers and show you the results. If your mail is on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we configure the records for that service instead.
Two habits help as much as the DNS records. Send large tech packs and line sheets as a download link, not as a 20 MB attachment. And give each merchandiser their own mailbox instead of one shared address.
Hosting and business email start at ₹900 a year, and we register .in and .com domains in your company's name.
Many Tiruppur businesses never deal with an overseas buyer. They do job work for exporters in the same town. Their website has a narrower job: help an exporter's production manager decide to send you an order this week.
One page per process: knitting, compacting, printing, embroidery or stitching. List the machines and the daily output in kg or pieces, as you would tell a production manager on the phone.
Exporters want to know how far your unit is from theirs. A map pin and the nearest main road, such as Avinashi Road, Palladam Road or Kangeyam Road, saves a phone call.
A WhatsApp button that opens a pre-filled message ("Enquiry from website: compacting job work") is how most job-work orders start.
English for exporters' merchandisers, and a Tamil page for hiring operators and for local suppliers.
The ₹9,999 Basic package covers most job-work units. If you want to send delivery and payment alerts to your exporter clients, we can add bulk SMS or WhatsApp alerts.
The same prices we charge in Coimbatore, with inclusions chosen for exporters and job-work units.

Hosting is separate, from ₹900 a year. .in and .com domains available. You get a written scope and fixed price before work starts.
Sulur taluk borders Tiruppur district. TIDCO's proposed Sulur aerospace park even takes in land at Paruvai, on the Tiruppur side of the line. So for Tiruppur clients we work in person, not only on video calls.
We fit meetings around your shipment dates, not ours. If you are in the middle of a production peak, we collect what we need in one visit and do the rest on WhatsApp.
Working elsewhere in the region? See Erode or all areas we serve.
Send us your current site (if you have one) and the buyers you want to reach. We will reply the same working day with what we would change and a fixed quote.
